Sublime Oil & Gas is managed by a team of young professionals with extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Operations and finance.



Suleiman holds a combined honours degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Information Technology from the American Intercontinental University, London. He also holds an MCM degree from Bucks University in the United Kingdom. An excellent communicator with a rare international exposure, deliberately acquiring multi-skills for the onerous responsibilities he has undertaken in his career.

Amongst other responsibilities he undertook, Suleiman was the General Manager of Sanbell Group of Companies, a firm with interests in manufacturing, agriculture, properties, import & export and education. His passion and dexterity at coordinating multiple tasks improved the fortunes of the group and prepared him for higher challenges. He was subsequently appointed the Chief Operating Officer of DEFCOM Technologies Limited, an information technology firm, with strategic alliance with Huawei Technologies Limited, one of the leading IT and telecoms equipment manufacturers. As the COO, he was saddled with the daily operational responsibilities of the firm.

His strength of vision and relentless entrepreneurial zeal made him to play a significant role in the founding of EQUATEL Telecommunications Limited, and invariably earned him a seat on the Board. Suleiman is continually looking for new grounds to conquer.



Halima is a “Marketing Major” graduate from the American Intercontinental University London. She proceeded to Webster Business School London immediately after her first degree, where she enrolled and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Being scholarly minded, she obviously has her eyes set on higher degrees and other disciplines.

Her international exposure, communications skills and multi-skills put her in good stead for emerging business challenges. A thoroughbred professional with a knack for analytical thinking and pragmatic solutions to business problems, Halima has consistently shown sparks of rare brilliance in delivering results within tight deadlines.

At Blue Star Investment in the United Kingdom where she worked as an Administrative Assistant, she quickly settled into her responsibilities and made her mark before moving over to the Shipping Department, where she anchored a challenging overseas logistics function. Again, she creditably discharged the responsibilities and whetted her appetite for leadership roles.

In her bid to avoid leaving anything to chance in terms of skills acquisition, she joined KPMG Professional Services, where she worked as a Business Analyst in the Business Advisory Division. At KPMG she was exposed to emerging business challenges in the areas of business modelling, business performance improvement processes and business strategy formulation.

Halima presently works directly with the President of the famous Dangote Group of Companies, where she has busied herself formulating strategies and coordinating multiple tasks in what is arguably Nigeria’s biggest conglomerate.



Henry graduated with a Second Class Honours – Upper Division in Accountancy from the Anambra State University of Technology Enugu, Nigeria, in 1990. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has remained an avid scholar, having written various thesis and articles and participated and facilitated some management courses within the various industries he has worked in, for the past fifteen years.

A recognized top performer and achiever with a multidisciplinary background and a knack for looking beyond obstacles and challenges, Henry has had a highly resourceful career that exposed him to work in strategic sectors of the economy, such as Public Sector, Financial sector, Food and Beverage, Advertising, Oil Servicing and telecommunications. In all these sectors his vision, eclectic disposition and unquenchable appetite to surpass standards and raise the bar saw him rapidly through the corporate ladder. A hands-on leader and manager, Henry’s ability to foster relationships and apply men and materials to utmost result, marked him out early in his career for uncommon achievements.

Henry joined Cell Communications Ltd. in April 2004, as General Manager and brought with him a highly invaluable wealth of experience. He quickly settled into the job and re-engineered the company for ambitious results, thereby earning a seat on the Board as the Managing Director, six months after assumption of office. Deploying his forte, which is strategic management, and his deft leadership skills, he won several corporate and individual awards for Cell Communications Limited and himself respectively. For the company, he won The West African Institute of Direct Marketing Award in Telecommunications sector for the year 2005, while he bagged The Strategic Finance & Administrative Institutes’ Fellowship Award. He was equally awarded the prestigious Golden Pen Award by the Nigeria Union of Journalists at their Golden Jubilee Anniversary, held at Abuja, February 2006. He has continued to receive recognitions through several invitations to present papers at both local and international conferences.



Ango is a 1994 HND graduate of Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He also holds a Post graduate Diploma certificate in International Business & Export Mgt. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, yet another PGD in Logistics & Supply Chain Mgt. from the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology. In addition to these he also has a Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Mgt.

Ango is also a seasoned professional with membership of the following bodies:Association of National Accountants of Nigeria; Nigeria Institute of Management; Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; Institute of International Business and Logistics; Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics.

Ango cut his management teeth in the banking sector, and has since then worked in various establishments which include Continental Merchant Bank, empire Finance Company Limited, Broad Bank of Nigeria Limited, Climax International Nigeria Limited, Freedom air Services and also as a Chief Accountant at Dangote Group Plc. He developed interest and passion for Logistics Management early in his career and has been exposed to various training in that discipline. This no doubt has had an enriching influence on his career and has opened his mind and perspectives beyond that of a traditional accountant.



Engr. Sanusi Bawa holds a Master of Communications Management (MCM) from Buckinghamshire University in England and a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria.

Between 1999 and 2001, he actively participated in the procurement, supply and installation of electric pre-payment meters on a pilot basis for Nigeria’s National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) on the platform of West Africa Utilities Metering Systems and Services Ltd. After the project, he joined the Nigerian Telecommunications Plc (NITEL) as a telecoms engineer for the Maitama Exchange. During his 5-year stint with NITEL, he worked with several technical committees.

He worked with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) as a Spectrum Monitoring Engineer and his core responsibilities are spectrum planning/management and inference resolution. He has attended several courses at home and abroad.

He is a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Communication Society (ComSoc), Internet Society (iSoc), and the British Computer society (BCS).
